Anyone know a way to replace a skylight from below. Without going on a roof??

I've just done a roof and although I'm 30kg more than the last time I did one, it wasn't anything to worry about.
Crawling boards and nets or straw bales underneath then cut the tops off the drive nail heads and slide another grp skylight under.
If you have a multi-tool you can cut the drive nails off at timber height from underneath.

Refix with tec screws for the 21st century. Use laplocks on the sides of the sheet to stop it lifting.

If you're at all concerned then pay someone to do it (properly) instead.
It's cheaper than any accident to yourself.

As long as you make sure you are safe.
A fibreglass ‘big 6’ piece should be put under the top sheet and over the bottom sheet. Cover should be at least 400mm above & below and two wriggles either side.
Undo the relevant fixings above & raise the sheet and poke the new one in. Pilot drill the holes and re-fix. Similar on the lower although remove all those that will be in the way and then re-fix.
Looks like timber purlins so easy-peasy as they’re not bloody hooks🤣
