Anyone attempted to manufacture replacement discs or know someone who would? Need a pair for a Rolland spreader unfortunately build time and delivery is end of July which would be cutting fine if further delays.

Used to make my own for my Rolland’s to my own spec . All you need is the middle peace take out of old disc with the splines on .
and re-weld it into the centre of the new one it’s not rocket science any good fabricator can do it . (Sorry to be blunt but it’s easy it’s only steel)

Thanks for reply. What did you change about the Rolland disc design?

On the original disc's the flight used to just come out from the centreI this just wore away . So you had to keep buying new discs . So I drilled two holes and put in a wear plate at the end of the flight So it could be bolted on .This was copied by Rolland in the end and they do it now as standard on their spinning discs .
