Where do you get your replacement wearing plough metal from? I've come across Wearing Metal online who distribute plough parts for KV, Lemken, GB and Kuhn through local dealers? Has anyone bought through this company? Thanks.

put genuine parts on ,these pattern part companies might be 15% cheaper but there is 20% less metal in them ,and the bolts are always a few mm shorter so only just enough thread to come though the nut

I’ve ran pattern parts on ploughs for 40 odd years and I’ve never had an issue with bolts not long up to holes.im sure most of these parts must be made in the same place as oem parts aswell.i May be wrong and maybe someone knows.

I've ran genuine and Spaldings. On plough at same time.

I don't see any difference in wear rates or fitting.

I bought a bulk buy in the summer as thought there might be a shortage Or a price rise. Priced 3 different companies and went Spaldings

As Will said fit genuine boards.

Should give us a shout, not often beat by Spaldings!!

Thanks for your replies all. Spoke to Jack at Wearing Metal this morning after seeing him on a social media video. Very competitive, worth a call if you're looking for parts.
