Replacing beans in ration

Our beans have made human consumption this year so are too valuable to mill up and feed to cattle. So do we buy in some more beans to feed to the finishers alongside barley maize and grass silage. Or is there something else which may well do the job which anyone else uses?
Waiting for rep to get back to me tomorrow so will be interesting if your answers are the same.

Personally, would go for bioethanol dark grains. Similar money, slightly less protein but more energy.

Or good old soya. Hipro by the artic is about £320 just now. Pretty hard to beat in terms of protein quality and as long as your end user is not GM sensitive (M & S used to be, not so sure about Dovecote) and about the best protein source you can get (apart from fishmeal but don't want to go down that road!!)
