I need to replace the bracket ( attached to rod )that the table height sensor attaches to on the Claas Lexion I operate.
How do I go about it as concerned I May effect sensing mechanism.
Thankyou

I’m interested, as replaced the fingers one side underneath that follow the ground and it doesn’t sit level now 🙈

I don't know the answer to your question but the sensor straps need to able to swing freely. I think that the system can be recalibrated so the computer "knows" where the ground is. This is done in the cebis cutterbar part of the menu. Hope this is of some use.

I did one yesterday on a 2013 10.50m "529" series header. Undo the sensor rod and let it hang. Take off the collar at the opposite end with an allen key. Move rod sideways slightly and you can just about get a 13mm socket on with a spanner on bolts head. Romove the entire rod and brackets once chains undone. Roll pins holds the brackets on and need to be punched out. Replace and make sure the two brackets are aligned - saves straightening later so they match. Not critical to be exact as reclaibration will sort. Sand rod smooth as can be a pain if rusty. Retrace and refit. Recalibrate header height in Cebis under the header menu and this will reset the autoleveling sensors.
