Respraying domestic radiator

We have central heating in our amenity block on a caravan park but a couple of the radiators have developed some rust (they sit under hand driers) ots over winter. How can I respray them? I'm afraid spot spraying would make them look worse so was thinking of getting them completely resprayed?

You can buy radiator enamel in spray cans from DIY shops: might need a few cans.

You might be cheaper buying a new radiator .
Seems a bit drastic , but they don't seem to be that expensive .
Any I have painted just seem to come back through eventually , and the paint is expensive .
The sanding and all that takes a while as well .

I shotblasted and resprayed all mine about 5 years ago when we overhauled the house.
I’ve got the kit to do it though but radiators look like new. Just used something like this to paint can be brushed on or thinned and sprayed, then put heating on full for a couple of hours to bake it on.
