There was one near Newark with a Fritzmeir cab on it.An 1100 restoration will be one for the photo album . Never was any in Ayrshire ,Just curious but any uk ones ever be fitted with a cab? dont remember any of the cab manufacturers of the time advertising cabs for them.
Our 1100 had a Sekura cab. Although The 1080 had a bad reputation its still nice to see a fully restored one! There was one near Newark with a Fritzmeir cab on it.
I wish their was a kit like that for a 65 it seem their were odd ones at the finish up with a Weston pump165 gearbox out and rebuilt new seals and a needle bearing was all that was needed never have to much issues with the gearboxes on these but better to check than assume.

- I'd forgotten about that funny cone-pin-type adjuster thingummyjig on the power steering until I saw it on your bench. Brought back memories of fiddling about trying to get the right setting when it had got a bit of wear in itThen fitted most of this,
Yea so tempting to adjust so there is no play in the system isn't it.- I'd forgotten about that funny cone-pin-type adjuster thingummyjig on the power steering until I saw it on your bench. Brought back memories of fiddling about trying to get the right setting when it had got a bit of wear in it
I think it's a s reg but not sureWhat year is that 165 @REStracTORATION ?
I came across the instruction book for our old 'P' reg one the other day - you ought to have it and put it in one of those thick plastic bags they used to come in. If you put it in the tool box your punter would get 'the whole new tractor experience' when he gets her back
