restoration photos

No short answer I'm afraid. I own a body shop that specialised in Ferrari, Lamborghini, tvr's etc. Have a machine shop blasting and painting machinery, Cnc machining and powder coating along with helping a friend on his farm when he needs a hand.

I took over my family farm 3 years ago our old heardsman has worked on the farm since he was 21 the 2640 has bean his tractor since the day it arrived new all those years ago and iv tried to get him a new tractor but he always ends up back on the old 2640 so as it was his 75th birthday last July and he went away to Ireland for a week I thought bugger it let’s have a play with the old girl for him a few weeks befor hand I had orderd a new seat full interior new stickers the works and we striped it down the first day and drove it out the shed 7 days later ready to surprise him

There was an odd crack appearing on the rear lugs so had to weld

Fronts no issues apart from a odd battle scarr to filler most of it was got with the primer though.

Tyres turned up these were the tightest tyres I've ever fitted to repainted rims I nearly backed out but once committed you've got to go for it

Slapped some primer and guide coat on then blocked them down
Slapped some colour on not a bad finish

Bonnet is fillered so hopefully primed tomorrow stay tuned not long now

Pump is back for the larl un so I'm going to fit that and strip the rest of it down I hope

I've seen runs in paint and the odd brush mark but trust you to have a ladder :whistle::p;)
