I honestly haven’t a clue what we’ll replace our to l200s

what new 4x4 is there on the market that you’ll happily throw feedbags in and use for shepherding?? Anything new I’ve got in you feel bad wearing welly’s the rear ends to high to make the load area usable with a canopy on and have the turning circle of a boat as there so much bigger

More Gum tree Facebook gems... Best thing since sliced bread.

Pity that these are not being brought into the UK with 50hp more.... Love the bed.

One of them on decent tyres makes a lot more sense than spending 20k on a gator 🤮

Onto page 4 and we still don’t know the make! Op has not been on to update us, has he chained himself in protest to the main dealers gates? Bit rude letting us all guess, but I’ve no problems with my HILUX so I’m ok! 🤷‍♂️

seven thousand six hundred for a fuel pump? my word! I thought it was only VW that could charge!
They are pricing it as an insurance job for misfuelling, expecting, as they claim it is through misfuelling, that the owner will just accept it and claim. They price in changing everything including the fuel tank and the whole fuel system, pump, valves, pipes, everything. Typical main dealer insurance scam in my opinion.

Been pondering that since 85, end conclusion here is new Triton/L200 4WD auto , flat deck, bull bar and possibly ECU remap, given we get only a 10 warranty for the price what else is there to consider and what other manufacturer will match it?

Is it an Isuzu?

How rude 🤣

My guess would be Ford though the dpf could make it Isuzu or new Toyota. Some with fords been having electrical probs with fords.

New Isuzu is nearly 6 months wait. Dealer has me in queue though stipulated the deposit is refundable as may not take it when it arrives. My current 2.5 Isuzu is fine. Only thing that makes me think about a swap is webuyanyvan offering above what I paid 4 years ago. New d max is nice enough but 1.9 leaves me a bit underwhelmed. It’s not a mental thing of small engine but actual experience of a couple of demos. That said it did pull trailer ok if a little revvy. Apart from dpf they are fairly reliable though there are some that need new injectors linked to the dpf. Mine has a cable on that’s stops the egr opening and regents every 120 to 200miles. The choice is limited but I’d not know which to recommend. Though I’m in the order queue I’m more likely not to take it not really wanting to spend the money. Warranty is handy though my current truck has been fine. It did start to regen rather often but someone on Facebook recommended the cable to stop egr opening. This emissions job is a crock of poo, more so on an Isuzu.

Not sure it can be a Ford as you cannot miss fuel, unless the ranger range never got the fancy filler fitted?
