nobody knows for sure but some in the know will have an inclin.
What's going to be left of the tarrids going forward?

tariffs will remain for GSHP and ASHP, decisions made in September
The government want both rolled out more to lesson dependence on gas. Biomass will suffer because, its just not sustainable.
We rely heavily on imported gas from Russia piped through France. Fracking helped USA reduce gas costs but the government and quadrilla are having a very difficult time extracting this. What makes you say that?
I bet millions of litres of fossil fuels will be saved this year when farmers dry drenched grain using straw instead of oil
When a study was conducted by the government on biomass it received condemnation from Scottish forestry that wood could not be supplied at the level needed to continue support for biomass.I was referring to why biomass is not sustainable in some cases

Still, that mean we're aren't self sufficient or sustainable which is the point of renewablesNot true. We get very little gas from Russia. Our main supplier is Norway the rest is imported in the form of LNG from anywhere in the world where it is cheap. At present America is dumping gas on the world market due to surplus caused by fracking.

The proposed!! new tariffs will be of benefit to those of us who have large fossil fuel bills!! The RHI along with the fuel savings still provide a very good incentive to invest. if you do the maths on the proposed new tariff system you will see what I mean. Particularly if you have your own fuel, straw. we are projecting our additional heat use to be around the 4000mw mark and are waiting for the new tariffs to be introduced before we put in our second straw burning boiler. The first one has performed just about as expected financially and we have learnt a lot over the last year with regards to the fuel and how its best prepared to fuel the boiler. Basically leave it in the field for as long as possible, rain and shine. Dull grey is what we want.

Not a link, but as far as I know its to be 2.9p per kw for the first 3066hrs at full capacity, so the first 3 million kw then about 2.05 there after. These have still to be agreed by Parliament though, so who knows! Tariffs still can drop quarterly as before, but under new proposals you can secure the tariff rate as long as its above a MW and you can prove you are intent on the project. I think planning has to been approved showing a 1mw biomass boiler within the planning application.
At around 2500mw your are at a similar income to the present RHI, assuming a 10% drop in October . Boiler, 2mw, not much , relatively, more than a 1mw
