RHI payments

For various reasons I have not claimed for about 9 months so I have just entered the readings for the various quarters, do I need to be concerned that I will not get paid or do they just cough up for back dated claims?
Rhi will take a while what reason for not submitting?

Actually they have been very helpful. Just a few problems regarding the BSL data but even then they rang me back and between us we resolved it quite quickly. My only complaint would be regarding the website as you have to re-enter a lot of data if you need to go back and correct a single entry!

RHI delays are definitely very common at the moment. We deal with RHI for ourselves and customers daily, we get the impression that regular payments are delayed by about 2-3 weeks from normal.

I've had to change my email address (Tesco stopped their email service)
& re-submitting everything is a right Royal pain in the arse

When submitting the RHI, there are 2 really important things to get right.
First, make sure your email address is correct & you always have access to it - if you have to change it, it can be slow (8weeks)
Second, make sure your account name for RHI matches the account name on the bank account where the RHI will be paid.
