Right of Way

We have a right of way to a field we own and a neighbouring property is dumping water from their pond onto our right of way, saturating the ground which may inhibit our ability to provide water, vehicle access. Does anyone have any advice for this situation? The situation has already been brought to their attention but they continue to do this.

You'd need to check, but I think you might be able to get a court order to stop them doing it while the legalities are sorted out. But your solicitor would know. Better a heavy hand now than a long dragged out issue.

I guess he is treating the pond to keep algae at bay and for the welfare of his fish - am not sure if that would constitute dirty water.
