Really like the look of these and they seem to have thought of most things. Boris trying to do an emergency deal with them to have a new manufacturing plant on a 330 acre site at Bristol, if it's not done already.
The SUV version (R1S) is coming to the UK apparently and should be followed by the R1T pick up.

However, recent tests by anew owner suggested a 62% decrease in battery life after towing for 118 miles. Not quite there yet!!

But a 110 TD5 you can go to any standard filling station and have full capacity again within 10 minutes. Where do you go and sit for 1 hour with your Rivian and Ifor Williams fully loaded with sheep to charge?
This is what the US guy was saying who was towing the trailer. Rivian are installing a network of Tesla style quick chargers across America but he said he'd need to unhook the trailer and park it up somewhere before he went to charge it as none of the bays allow for a trailer.
