Road plannings, Holmes Chappel area of east Cheshire

Ok, so I’m up at in-laws for Christmas. The drive is the worst it’s ever been, even the awful shogun is struggling over the pot holes. Drive is higher than banks either side so keeping water off is easy. Need road plannings . Anyone local know any planned works that need to tip at night? Family is friends with Ashbrooks so will ask them too

I once had to arrange a waste carriers licence on behalf of a haulage client. There was no requirement to do anything other than pay a fee. So it’s not a licence, it’s a tax. What a joke this country is.

Very wise, wouldn’t want to get done for the heinous crime of using road plannings to repair a farm road without the relevant paperwork
