Roll over sheet for dual spreader

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a roll over sheet or similar to stop the liquid faction in a Shelbourne Reynolds dual spreader from slopping out in an uncontrolled wave under heavy braking

Asking for a friend

PS he is aware that only half filling the spreader is an option but distances make that a bit uneconomic

Would a hydraulic opening cover like this Bredal one be better?

A roll over cover would be messy and slow.

Yes it would. Wonder if some firm could make one to fit a powerspread? Had a peep on behalf of my friend at the Shelbourne site but don’t seem to offer any sort of cover. “Greedy boards” are standard but ineffective it would appear

If "your friend" can sort a frame and hydraulics, Cunningham Covers will make a cover to fit

No idea if it would work but could you fit a larger rim around the edge so it over hangs into the spreader so when the slurry slops up the side it hits the larger lip and is pushed back inwards of course you’d make the top opening smaller when filling

We made a wooden lid for ours with a foot square hole in the back to fill with slurry from a slurry pump. Held it down with ratchet straps so we could remove it for solids. Now use a trailing shoe for slurry

Seen some one else made a posh sliding one that slid forward and loaded from the back with a large narrow bucket
