Just purchased a Rolland 14t trailer old colours so 15 years old .
Is there anything I can adjust on the brakes to make them work better ?Or do I need to go straight to the brake pads in wheel hubs!
Thanks

What axles are on it. What size are the foundation brakes.

Take pictures of the axles, actuators etc. Send them all to Erentek with weights and dimensions etc and they will advise if larger actuators, pipe work etc are sensibly sized.

More basically, drop the drums off and inspect the pads for wear and glazing. Treat as necessary. If it has slack adjusters you remove and turn on the splines, bin them and fit proper slack adjusters. Adjust brakes properly etc.
