Roller shutter door motor and gearbox

I am looking for a 3 phase motor and reduction gearbox suitable for a 6m wide 6.3m high roller shutter door. Preferably with the sprocket that matches the manual chain pattern. I want to be able to retain the chain operation for power outages. I am getting fed up with winding it up and down by hand! PM or 07739 084848. Simon . (Devon)

It's not just any motor and reduction gearbox though, motor needs a brake on it,
and maybe one of these

@Netherfield I was hoping by leaving the manual spring loaded barrel in situ that it wouldn't load the motor too much. I can see the need for a brake ! I have some limit switches here that I think I can incorporate to stop it top and bottom as well as a stop button. Useful link thanks.
I had a quote from another company to retrofit motor, but they wanted to replace the door barrel and fit an internal type motor, it was all getting a bit too dear.

It's a fair weight of metal when the door is rolled to the top, we had one where the brake failed, soon as it got to the top and the motor stopped, it came straight back down at an alarming speed.

You need to find someone who knows what thyre doing to spec it. The amount of preload on the spring is different on a manual door compared to direct drive or inboard mounted motor. A motor system will have a chain for emergency use takes a age to open though.
