You dont want the door right at the side of the building as what ever you put through the door will be too close to the wall .
And you cant then then use the inside walls for putting stuff against , like a work bench for example as it effectively narrows your doorway access.
Even if you have your bench elsewhere , those walls near the door are handy to put a compressor , hosepipes, steam cleaner against that you are likley to want to use outside anyway.
Personally I would put your personnel door there also, right next to the roller shutter door either side but the same side as you would have your roller shutter control .

Are you limited to 2.4m height?, I'd try and go 3m at least if u can, vehicles ain't getting no smaller!, we've changed two sheds in the last two years to pu t in two higher doors!
I'd either put it right in the corner, or if u leave it out from the corner, leave it far enough to get a bench along the wall (700-900mm)... handy if working on larger stuff outside the shed!

A roller shutter is not particularly secure, easily broken through, or are you going to protect it with an outer hinged gate that locks and cannot be lifted off?

My work shop can only be 3 m high

Security wise they have to get through electric 2gates drive between mine and brothers house 8ft away each way And then my dad lives 50ft the over way
And it be alarmed.
Its only being used as a joinery workshop trying work out best layout
Need to be able to machine 4.5m timber.so bit if a squeeze

I'd concrete floor to the inside of the steel of shed then slope down so door goes lower. We concreted to the outside of the steel, looks really tidy and door comes down level with inside floor....... but water can run back inside with strong wind even with rubber seal
