Roller Shutter or sliding Doors for machinery shed/workshop

As regards security which type of doors are more secure Roller Shutter or sliding doors. Do any of you use a very large hinged RSK,to swing across in front of the doors,on the outside as an extra layer of security.

I have a good few sliding doors in the yard and count them as very secure

They all have access through a small door which is double locked with the big door bolted and padlocked.
The one that can be seen from the road has an extra barrier that swings out in front of it. Wouldn't actually be that much harder to remove as it's only a heavy duty padlock on it but it looks big and scary to passers by
