Rolling spring barley post emergence

Thinking of doing mine again to encourage tillering, especially on one field that was drilled a bit of the light side. It won't hurt Bob, as long as you don't spray it soon afterwards or when frost is forecast.

We've got a field of spring barley that needs rolling, agronomist recommended leaving it til it was at 2-3 leaf stage. It's a bit uneven though, the lighter bits of the field are there, but on the heavier stuff it is only just poking through following last week's rain

Mine was drilled on 21st March into ploughed up 10 yr grass ley, so not much moisture.
