It's 12 years since I put a cubicle shed up and I'm just running different ideas through my head but don't have a real idea these day as to what a cubicle shed costs. Was thinking per cow two row sleep and feed what would the cost be all in ? I know there are so many variables but only after a guide, also how much does putting a slatted tank underneath cost ? Reason being the ideal place to build this shed would be where my laggon is !

Cost us nearly £1k/ head for straightforward straw bedded covered yard for stirks, so I'd guess the £2k/space suggested above might not be far out.

Fully suspended floor slatted tank shed cost will be roughly £4500 - £5000 per cow depending on what you are doing. Possibly may be able to take it lower depending on your variables.

Ok so here is my breakdown
Shed 115 long by around 50 wide with double row cubicles in middle,1 row up side and outside feed passage up other side with canopy.
Tank full fit 115×40x10 shuttered with eng cert £30500
Slats/cubicle beds for middle around £30000
Cubicles and mats £12500
Concrete gonna be around £10000 for passage an the1 row of side cubicles
We made the structure ourselves last winter and galvanised it,tbh cant remember the exact costs but think it was around 12k
Roof done with heatguard and timber will be below £10000 (havnt got final prices for timber and gables but itl be below 10k)
Panels will be around £5000
and allowing another £5000 to put in drinking troughs, few lights and a feed rail
Havent finished it yet so some of them figures are approx but it wont be far out and when doing them i rounded up just to not be giving a false guide. I reckon itl have 81 cubicles in it if my maths is correct and the total sum is £115k.
Point to note is we have our own digger and dumpers so didnt include excavation in my costs and shed is being put onto side of another shed so theres a cost saving there with less uprights needed and a wall less to panel. Hope this is helpfull and before anysays it cant be done for that that my genuine figures

A shed that size with ground works completely erected with doors, roof but no internal cement work, cubicles, cubicle beds, slats tank, electric, feed passage, etc would be £125000 around here.
Well done for getting it done yourself and saving a lot.
