I'm wondering how I've managed to make hay for the last 50 odd years without knowing all this technical stuff.

Last year we did a thousand in May never did that before,this year we did a thousand early mid June but not any thing for fortnight now need to get on with it.we did consider going over to square but like the weather proofness of the rounds and price of the square balers are another Level!
my old man used to say it must be bloody good water!Ahhhh, it's the same as with Mangels, "nowt but water in them, but by God the cattle love 'em!" 50 happy cows cannot be far wrong!
