When I had new belts I ordered them off amstread but where made for him by a company in Thetford ,I know this because they came out to bring some new lacing pins because some were missed from the delivery. They said they done all of armsteads work nationwide but where more than happy for me to deal direct.

Google special belting supplies Thetford. Or I can find there card and post here.
rang this chap he was dead reyt said he couldn't do endless but would get someone to ring us that could. sure enough someone rang up offering endless belts set of 6 for less than £600 he makes belts for loads of the main manufacturers but doesn't know which belt fits which machine so you have to give him spec/length to be bang on right. he says belts are made in 1 4ft wide piece then cut to width so they are bang on same length.

does anyone know the proper spec for the nh belts he thinks it should be EP 400/3 what pattern is best we have been told the newer new holland pattern is slightly deeper than the old and its better?

Apologies for old thread it was the first one I could find, I rang round a few companies and none had 3 ply. All said 2 ply would do. Vicon 1601 baler? Any ideas

Top quality baler belts made to order for most round baler machines.
All come ended with the best on the market baler clip. If your belts are looking like they need replacing why chance it. Give us a call and we will get the belts done. Quick turn around time but I'm not a magician. My belts are easy to fit as you don't need to take your machine to bits a mater of minutes in stead of a whole day. Plenty of happy customers and very competitive prices. Cheaper than the main dealers. Give us a try we are always happy to advise on any questions you might have.
Also we do many other conveyor belts for other farming equipment.

how much roughly are they and where is best to get them from, I have a new Holland 640 and the belts are "on over time!" I think I would probably buy a couple per year and swap the worst probably not endless due to not wanting to strip it down so much, I have the jointing tool if a plain belt supplier.
I used beltflex or some name similar near Yorkshire or in. They were spot on but I’ve just been told of a place in chesterfield that does them and they can fit also. Let me know and I’ll get your details

How much are you wanting for the belts? Any pictures of condition? Doesn’t hurt to have spares.

Brand new, the belts I put on the baler a few had marks where they were smooth as the mold hadn't put the pattern on them, they'd been marked with chalk so not to use when I rang up they said would replace foc so I was well happy. So got 3x brand new belt with mato joiner spare.
