Round baling silage cost

Our contractor has upped his rates massively this year not happy. We have been quoted £2.25 for a 4ft round
And £2.75 to wrap with 6 layers think he’s taking advantage of the small increase in fuel to jump prices🙉
Where do I get fuel that has had a small increase on it since last year? And wrap has jumped up a lot too in my opinion. £5 baled and wrapped doesn't look expensive.
