Still waiting for the 2018 payment of SFP that had 3% removed because of an era by RPA

I remember our accountant asking Dad what the 'sheep premium' payment was that had appeared in the accounts. He had to say that he didn't know, it had just arrived, a little white cheque, which was how the govt paid us in those days.
We had no info of any description from MAFF at all.
There was an article in Big Farm Management a bit later which explained it all.
 
The RPA are a rule to themselves...they do just as they wish and you just cannot reason with them....
Correct...... but to be fair, the bloke working from home that I spoke to this spring managed to sort out within 24 hours what his colleagues had spent the last four years messing up despite me speaking at length to them about it, writing to them about it, speaking again to them about it and so on and so on.....!

👍 from me to one bloke at the RPA, the rest can jog on.

Well i have had issues for years...latest on was on payments and taking way entiliments.......wrote a complaint on one of their forms..sorted told be email....so why have they been messing with it for 2 years....staff at home as you say seem a lot better
