I have a long standing issue with RPW and being it's raining I thought I'd phone them to try and make some headway. Although there's no message to say so it appears that all the WG/RPW offices are closed today.
Wasn't the bank holiday yesterday???

To be honest I've found it easier to either go in or email. On the phone for ages otherwise.

I think those in the public sector get what are called "privilege days" which are basically extra days off, for all the hard work they do.

Try ringing Ceredigion they get Bank Holiday Tuesday as well
