It says in my 2013 rules update that we will be able to file online from 2014 and will have to from 2016.
It is being piloted now with a cross section of farmers, agents and union reps..
Anyone here taking part in the pilot by any chance?
If so, what's it like, non disclosure rules permitting!?

I am supposed to be part of it, had the passwords etc before christmas. so far I have failed to gain access to the siteo_O
Several e-mails to them and replies still no access as yet so it is really user freindly.

I understand we cant complete on line but can communicate with them, and see copies of past correspondence etc.

anyone else had more success//

Same as Wales as far as I can tell. I got paper forms but have registered online & will submit online. In future we will all have to submit online, regardless of whether or not we have broadband.

The theory is to be 100% online by 2015 when the new BPS scheme gets going, but I can't see that happening.

I am one of the lucky few with good broadband here. The main estate office in the village has fibre optic. No mobile 'phone signal though - 1 out of 2 isn't a bad start.
