Rpw rules to plough pp

There was a time we had to do a fm4 form before ploughing permanent pasture
Havent heard about this lately, is this still the case
Got a few fields I want to reseed

It's been fertilised and sprayed it's just worn out

Both of those operations mean that it’s been ‘cultivated’. As long as it doesn’t contain any rare species then I think you can just crack on.
if you want to cover your arse completely, it might be sensible to find out the official definitions from RPW and get an agronomist to write a note that it meets them?

I rang them years ago ,we had a field here that hadn't been ploughed ever since dad could remember
They rang back and said they looked at all the satellite photos and said could see we had fert and sprayed it and cut or grazed regularly so carry on

Wasnt sure if the rules were still there
Last time this block was plough was about 15 year ago
