One for the experts
We have to scaffold a roof very soon.
On this roof is an aerial which I am lead to believe is an RTK Trimble base station, round about 12 inches across flat on its back.
is there anything we should watch out for, as I really would hate to be blamed for a lot of Suffolk hares breaking their legs.
seriously though is there any danger we could disrupt the signal?

I'm not one of the experts but if the GNSS antenna is in active use, it should have an unobstructed view to the sky, in all directions. Preferably from about 5 degrees upwards from the horizon even if they usually only make use of satellites at 10 degrees or higher.

A person passing the antenna quickly would not be too bad but any metal structures blocking the sky view would be forbidden.

In co-operation with the GNSS base operator you could have the antenna moved a bit, most simple if kept at the same horizontal position but raised as needed.
