Rubin 10 Discs

Hi
Hopefully the 2 photos will clarify my problem I'm having with our discs.
It seems soil is building up underneath the lip of the cover and causing the disc to become hard to turn ,one photo is before cleaning and the other after I've used a pick to hold underneath the lip which if you then rotate the disc a thin sliver of soil unwinds itself and the disc frees up. The cutout portion of the lip is designed to allow soil to escape as there is a large seal around the disc axle with crescent shaped slots cut out of it which is designed to allow soil to be cleared by centrifugal force through the cut out . My question is ,is there anybody else having that issue ?,is there an upgrade that we don't know about down here in NZ .
I have had Lemken replace a whole bearing assembly which was way to stiff to start with and it only happens on one side of the rear gang but its a real pain on the second pass as the discs stall and if your not careful your in a whole heap of pain .If the hive mind can help it would be much appreciated.
