Found out on Wednesday that kubota what a big tractor in there range and are eyeing up Case. By 2030 they want 20% of the market sales. With thrm owning kvernland and Great Plains they will be a force to reckon with maybe!

There is a simple explanation for all of this. The number of farm businesses right across Europe (forget the global market for a moment) is getting ever smaller; so fewer end users means that not all manufacturers and distribution channels can survive. They have to adjust to meet the end user market place. It's the same for supply industries outside the machinery business and even the exhibitions and shows etc, it affects everyone in the industry one way or another. This trend will continue and there will likely be many changes so don't be surprised about anything over the coming weeks, months and years. Forget about rumours, just comment on the facts.

This is nothing new businesses have been taken over by others in agriculture since small blacksmith businesses made the first implements

I wouldn't have thought, they are developing their own bigger tractor.
