I don't repair mine as if it's smooth, people use it as a shortcut and drive through like twits. Nice and rough is good for me and I do like to see the odd trial of oil as another trespasser's sump is pronged.[/QUOTE
Mine isnt a shortcutbto Nowhere ,to my house .

Old chap in the village was given a wheely bin, he lives in the middle terrace. His missus wouldnt let him bring it indoors, and he couldn't stand seeing this bright blue bin in his immaculate garden. So ,not to be daunted, he got his spade, popped a hole next to the side gate and set it flush to the path. Problem solved!

Bin lorry chases bin lorry here picking up what they want and drive past rest even if it's their type week .
Even if recycling in black bag won't pick up .
They stopped all together dropping new bags off .
Never had clear recycle bags anyhow .
Nuts the lot of it ?

When I bought my house the house next door was vacant but had been a 'multiple occupancy' student house. As a result they had a mega bin whereas my house had a standard small black bin.

It is entirely possible that I purchased some adhesive bin numbers from B&Q and conducted a midnight raid
