Russian satellites

Glonass springs to mind. Many use it as a signal. Doubt he would as his missiles will need them for guidance.

It would effect Russia more than us! Glonass is only one of the constellations that we track. So it would lessen the amount of Satellites visible but not really have a dramatic effect.

I think they are already down. I'm having allot of trouble today getting more then 10 sattelites on my Topcon AGI4 , it used to be 12-16 without a problem.
Is nobody having these issues? RTK fix is nearly impossible lately.

I'm pretty sure those sattelites can be altered so that they only work in a specifick region. But i'm not sure. I know that the US GPS system can give a much
higher precision then they do now, but US blocks that signal for civilian use.

I though most modern GPS receiver will receive signals from pretty well the whole array of sats up there?

No, mine only recieves the GPS (USA) and the GLONASS (Russia) . Without Glonass the system works terrible.

Everyone relies too much on it all.
Knackered if all taken down some with their sat navs, Guidance, speed, distance, application, location ,gizmos etc etc???

I'm sure horses were seen an unnecessarily modern farming aid when bulls were there and managed to handle the hard work?

Glonass seems to be fine here (or the same as it has always been). I prefer to make use of existing GNSS systems even if there is a risk that one day I would need to steer manually. That is if something worse than a war occurs (could be that steering manually would be the least of my problems at that time).

yes our Receiver's get GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou & QZSS so plenty to get a fix from

When I used to do a lot of gliding we often had NOTAM's saying there was going to be GPS jamming on a day. I never seemed to suffer from jamming, signal was still fine for all my navigation and logger traces etc.
