What’s the best way to sort rust out on a spinner? Shot blast and re powder coat must be the best way, has anyone done this?

You’d be lucky to find a Kuhn more than a couple of years oldthat didn’t have a bit or rust, or hadn’t been treated/painted. The paint they use on them is shocking, regardless of how diligently you wash it off after every use.

As above, sand it back, primer/red oxide, then paint with Kuhn orange paint. It’ll be grand for years.(y)

The spreaders are simple & reliable, it’s just the paintwork that lets them down. If it’s cheap & had a old home, get it bought.
