Rwms...

Good afternoon

I currently compete with a ts59 on a mf135 with tcns.

Have recently purchased a set of rwms and want to use them.. have been advised to put on a different plough to the 59.. I do have a ts90 12” that I can adapt. What’s my best options apart from spending thousands on a ts86??

Thanks.

I think you need more clearance for rwms than you will have with either a 59 or 90, but @Howard150 will confirm if that is true.

plenty folk have modified 59s to a similar spec of an 86 which would allow you to use rwms.

or, alternatively, you could use them on a ts63

Do you have legs and frogs for rwm,s ?

Legs are different from anything else even tcn legs for ts86,s wont be right

You will need a longer frame as the boards will pile up between them otherwise

You could buy a wrights frame but would need other bits

Howard 150 is the man for legs should you need some.

Sorry but missed this post.
A 59 does not have enough interbody clearance. The legs are wrong and will not put the body far enough back which will mean the front disc won’t fit.
A 63 will work with some jiggling about of the front disc although the bodies might well not be in the right place relative to the tractor. Some 63’s are drilled to put the legs in different places along the frame.
A 90 at 12” is a waste of time. RWM’s plough best at 10 1/2.
Ideal plough is an 86 with the correct legs which is what they were made for. I have legs for both TCN’s and RWM’s. Will probably have an 86 early next year as well.

Depends on the class

Classic class is fine
