Did anyone else think it a bit odd when a heifer and calf sold for £10,000 on s4c farming last night where the proceeds are going for charity also very odd it showed the auctioneer selling but not the animal in ring .... by the way I am undecided about the new welding site

They have followed the hfrs progress since it was bought . Use your brains why alot of markets havent shown ringside while live streaming during covid. I enjoy watching the ups and downs at farmio/ howells/shadog because they do show the ups and downs of farming. Fair play to the powells who bought the hfr, there are always people who will knock others for stepping up. Its abit like the lottery winner who walks in his local pub, if he buys everybody a drink he is a big head, and if he doesnt hes a miserable tight sod.

The comment was the average trade that day was about 2k. The bank donated 2k towards the animals as well, so that was 12k to the air ambulance.

I am not against giving to charity but 5
times the going rate ? If that heifer failed future tb test what will it be valued at... I do know someone in the know that says don't believe all you see when prize winners at Builth winter fair make silly prices

If your going to give updates about the welding website do it on the thread you created the other day and never replied to!! People don't follow you round the forum to see updates on the things you chat about on various different threads. You also still haven't put a link up to said welding website!!
