Ahh, can't comment on yours as I've never used them. If your happy with it is what matters I guess.

From a financial standpoint though, per 1000T you are looking at spending over £3k more than I will be on mine.

Do you think there is that much gain in yours.
Ever since we've used it the cows have done well, never used it last year to cut costs and the cows are down a bit this year but arnt everyone's? But I can tell that we havnt used it!going back to it this year I was just wondering if anybody reckons ones better than the other

I think it's as likely they will all be much of a muchness.

Cows milking better here this year...........hmmm, did I say earlier I'd used a different additive this year!

No 2 years are the same, as dad used to say, every year someone will make good silage and someone will make poor. Some years the percentages will swing one way or another due to the weather but on a year when it seems like everyone's made good silage someone will have made poor and vice versa.

I get what ur saying but we always make good quality silage!hence 4quality cuts not 3 quantity cuts, was simply asking if anyone has used both products and had a preffence? As for majority of farmers yields are down as it is in buys group of about 50 farms round here!
