Salisbury farmers - know much about West Woodyates Manor / farm?

Looks like a nice ring fence farm that was sold recently.

Does anyone have any info they are happy to share (in private if preferred) of the new owners and what they are like?

I’m just doing a little due diligence and local knowledge in always invaluable!

A chap called Thomas it seems! Has a healthy internet history but having dealt with this ‘type’ before they aren’t always easy going.

Very very picturesque place. The scenery and general feel of the place is amazing. It's like a little hamlet down in the bottom of there, lots of really nice traditional farm buildings that could do with a new lease of life.

Bingo. An absolute gentleman and a proper old school farmer and countryside guardian. You can see this from an aerial view of the farm if look closely at the environmental strips and the like.

Tim Palmer was a proper gentleman, and I loved hearing the stories he told about the history of the family over the generation and what they got up to!!
