Same silver 100.4

Have a 2000 same silver 100.4 oil pressure light came on after I jump started the tractor..changed pressure switch as thought I had blew it by jumping tractor but light still on..would it be the oil pump or anything else I could look at 1st?

There is a drive shaft about the thickness of a pencil that drives the oil pump, I had one of those snap years ago.

Take out the oil pressure switch from the side of the block, and turn the engine over , if no oil splashes out then you have no pump working.
