Would anyone have or know where to get this relay for Sanderson tl7 joystick control?
Local auto electric didn’t recognise it.
Cheers

Just looked on my TL6 & TL7 parts micro fishe and its not listed as having a relay there? on page showing the main fuse board it does list a relay for the aux disconnect? but looks like its plugged in the fuse board not hanging loose like that in the joystick arm rest pod?

Yeah doesn’t appear original, probably put in about 1998 before I bought it.
It seems to be linked in to crowd as sometimes crowd stops or slows, give that a clean and it works!

The tilt crowd shouldnt need a relay on it, theres a switched single wire 3 to 9 volt output from the joystick to the tilt solenoid, then a 12volt feed to the solenoid and a earth, the tilt isolator switch i assume would just switch the signal wire on and off, basically just the same as a Matbro system as its all Danfoss the same.

It’s strange if open relay switches by hand it interacts with crowd and 3rd service!
I have had a couple of joystick in it from David king, seem to remember one had to be changed as it wouldn’t work because it was matbro which normally work but shouldn’t as voltage or something is dropped on one but not the other?!

Matbro joystick will work on Sanderson but in side the stick are little switches you can flick to alter the outputs. You can reverse all the signal outputs on them if you want and also make the extension roller proportional for Sanderson or on/off for matbro.

There are different configurations of the yellow buttons for both which is the main thing to look for and the plug on bottom can be different too.

as Above , 2 pole changeover. Basically 2 standard 5 pin relays in one package, triggered by one signal.
Is it fed from the tilt isolator switch? Possibly retrofitted to disable crowd and 3rd service at the same time. Perhaps to stop tilt and locking pins being operated by mistake for a man cage?

I could be wrong but I think the Sanderson had cut out isolator switches for both tilt and Aux anyway?

Never sat in one, but I would have thought so as well. However from the op description, he says it seems to effect both. Maybe it is controlled by something else?
@traadilooar, what makes the relay operate?
