90 Lleyn/Texel/Suffolk x, 30 mules & 60 Easycares. 1 unclear slipped off from the early lambers just before they were scanned. Up from 178% last year.

Are flock are main lleyn and llyen cross texels we scanned Tuesday last year we had 61 twins and 32 and 7 triplets and 4 emptys this year we got 52twins 51singles and 4 triplets but got 3ewes and 3ewe lambs he couldnt tell if they are in lamb or not I'm pretty happy with are scanning we bought 15 shearling in they are all inlamb plus we kept back 23ewe lambs and 20 if them are inlamb

Just the way I do it. Il scan any younger stock later on & factory anything empty then

I had my small flock scanned today 73 Ewes mainly Lleyns
2 Empty both hoggets
16 single
45 doubles
8 triplets
2 quads
189% All good so far but the really difficult job is keeping all of them alive until weaning.

Pure swaledale .
Crossed will the Leicester.
The mule offspring are very good sheep, very prolific, twins and triplets one after the other, couple of lambs at £130 far better than one fancy beltex/texel at £150.
The mule is unrivalled tbh
