Has Scotland always had its own subsidy system?
My concern is that so much money has been spent to duplicate what we already had. £178 million seems a lot for a PDF form if we already had a Great Britain wide system in place.

I must have been lucky. I first bought entitlements for the 2012 season and have been paid for LFASS from 2013 onwards.

Were you a new entrant. There was something mentioned by one of the Dept. staff that a few were able to claim about then.
