Had a fantastic turn out for the training day around 90 in attendance! A one hour power point presentation followed by practical in the field, conditions couldnt have been better! Few pictures here more to follow once I have them.

Thank you for sharing also it certainly looks both well attended & ploughed, is it a similar setup to the SOP seminar's do you know? or is the emphasis geared more towards sharing the skill set with the youth and novices by pointing out mistakes & explaining how too avoid making the same mistakes?

The power point presentation is the one actually used for the judges at the world match, (we do intend on making our own as some of the translation isn’t brilliant). This shows everyone what the judges are looking for in each aspect! 6 local ploughmen are asked to attend and plough a plot (1 from each class). Each ploughman has an established ploughman from the same class to talk people through each aspect as it is happening and also to assist the ploughman if required this allows the ploughman to concentrate on what he is doing and allows any questions to be answered also any hints and tips can be pointed out!

How I wish that Power Point presentation would be shown at our seminars, or even a few A4 sized stills from it. Mind you, I have a feeling it wouldnt go down too well with some of the master judges, and the comments on tail fins would upset some ploughmen!
