Scraper Hydraulic valve

What is the proper name for this valve. It auto reverses a cow scaper. Where can I get one ........cheap

While your waiting it might be worth carefully taking out the valves one at a time, to see if you can see anything wrong?
Most probably broken spring or nipped O ring ............
Just be careful not to mix the components up

The hydraulic circuit diagram, shows A & B ports reversing (the input and output lines cross over in the left actuation, and a straight through in the right actuation.

These are double-acting valves which automatically change-over the oil flow direction. The motion is completely automatic and normally takes place when the cylinder reaches its end of stroke. Inversion can also occur in any position whatsoever, as long as an external resistance acting on the system is created in order to increase the working pressure to reach the setting pressure of the pilot valve. Inversion cycle starts at 90% of the setting pressure of the pilot valves. Setting difference between the valves on A and B ports should not be higher than 30 bar.

Oleodinamica LC s.r.l, the original valve manufacturer, got bought by Bosch Rexroth group in 2006. So that may assist in finding an exact replacement or parts...

All the above info is very correct guys. I would try a local hydraulic company that sells quality CETOP 3 component. As any make will fit and have the same function. It will be worth dismantling it to see if it can be fixed.

@Mr Happy - looks like a Parker D1VP series valve could suit the CETOP 3 D03 size base plate?

Maybe either of the D1VP020DN (closed crossover) or D1VP030DN (open crossover) perhaps?

The small trigger valve at the top seems to be the problem. I can manually use the scraper but it's a headache pushing the valve back and forward

You could try as said carefully taking it apart.

There may be a seal kit or repair kit available for it from a Bosch Rexroth / Oleodinamica stockist.

Have by no means any expertise on this, however if that’s part of the pilot valve/spool and it’s weeping oil then it could have a worn or broken seal(s), the spool itself or the housing may be worn. Hard to say.

Is it an oddball spring or can you find one on E-Bay / local hydraulic supplier?
It might be good to have it on the shelf, even if you do get a replacement ..........

I'm afraid you'll need to call in csi. It's deformed in load sa bits

I bought a new one for my scraper set up just before I stopped using it, £250 as I remember.
Sell you it if you want, they just get worn out.

So new replacement valve, is about the same price as the Brevini valve on Howford’s webshop that Mr Happy refered to.
