Been twice in the last 2 weeks. Order online to click and collect. Ready to collect almost instantly. First time no queue, 2nd time 3 people but all done in 2 mins. Think it almost works better than the usual system.

I prefer toolstation , defo cheaper than screwfix , but screwfix is nearer when you're in a hurry
