What kind of machine do I need to hire to clean a polished concrete floor that has been stained over the years?
Do you get wet scrubbers that hoover up the water?

Maybe a stiff brush and leaf blower first though.

Steam cleaner with rotary brush attachment?

If it is indoors you could get it cleaned up, even sand blasted off and then seal and paint it?

Scrubber driers are quite good in that they leave the floor dry, however the most effective solution would be a steam cleaner or hot water machine with a turbo lance ( spinning nozzle ) If you are inside, it might be a problem to get rid of the water
