Do they look genuine Ferguson or something bodged on, do the fixing bolts look original.

I would suggest a weight holder like on the fergi discs.

The front brackets are riveted on so been there since new. Maybe a weight bracket. What else would you have attached. Seed drill?

Could it be for attaching steerage?

For steering What? Horses or something like that. How old would this be. I'm making it smaller tomorrow with the gas ax so hope it's not valuable

Sorry to hijack the tread would any body have a scuffle that want to sell or even hire out near Shropshire got 10ac organic beet needs hoeing.

You can borrow this one if you think it will do the job. It's going to be a bit smaller when I'm finished. Taking time off either end. To mend the tines remaining and so it will go behind my compact tractor. Be about 6'.
I'm near market Drayton. South Cheshire/north Shropshire.
