Scunthorpe area

Looking for a fridge van, which is proving a difficult find in itself.
Potential van in Scunthorpe area which is hell of a long way to go and look if it turns out to be no good.
Not sure on feasibility of this but any recommendations for an independent mechanic in the area to pay to check it out?

Alternatively anyone want to comment (pm maybe best) on N&E motor services who are selling it?

Very few and far between with current difficulties getting new vehicles.
Have spoken to coolvan and vantastec (who my neighbour uses) and had quotes for new. Not really wanting to spend that much though. The bigger dealers don't seem to be doing much with s/h.
Have been scouring web for weeks. Anything sensible money and miles is gone quick. Tried for 1 last week - he sold it before he got it!

Not even seen a sign for them and I was down that way couple of weeks back ,,,according to the post code its across from the steelworks ,,Fountains garage is tiny place ,next door to AMS bobcat

May be worth giving GL cars a ring in Tostock Suffolk. I cannot speak for them though
