Our 4m deep elevator shaft has become porous, the bottom of the elevator is now stood in water too shallow for a sump pump to drain and will soon rot away so any is there anything on the market good enough to seal it with.

Similar here, but we created a 15”x15” square sump, 5” deeper than the floor. We leave a cheap submersible pump in it all year round.
Looking to rebuild the shed and relocate the pit this winter, as it’s clearly a short term bodge (18 years ago) and the elevator bottom end has seen better days.

That's all you can do as you can stop water coming in and it will be under pressure
Have done a number like that over the years
I have seen people trying to weld steel patches but it still keeps coming in
One you cut through the bottom and put an automatic pump in job done.

We have a sump in the corner of our 2 pits and leave a pump in all year. They usually run constantly in the winter. Have just had the job of clearing the pits out after a summer running with leaky pipe work!
