Searching for barn/ outbuilding to be used as workshop and storage

Hello, I hope I am ok to post this here but I am in search of a space to turn into a carpentry workshop with some storage. I specialise in making furniture from reclaimed wood, pallets and other upcycled goods. I am ideally looking for a space somewhere around Bristol/Bath but am fairly flexible with location.

The building does not need necessarily be in a good state as I would be happy to carry out work on it in exchange for rent reduction. (I have lots of building experience and have just finished the second part of my architecture degree)

This could be a great option for some diversification and a good way to put a use to and empty building to stop it falling into disrepair.
